Inspired by the clients’ love of travel, each space was planned to feel immersive and intentional, supporting both relaxed daily use and elevated entertaining.
Located in the Glen Abbey community of Oakville, this project was designed for homeowners with a
passion for travel, who wanted to recreate that experience within their own backyard.

APPROACH
This project was executed as a full demolition and design-build reconstruction to transform the existing
backyard into a cohesive, resort-style outdoor living environment.

The water feature wall was engineered with sheer descent features to create movement and sound as a
central focal point.
Material selections were chosen to achieve a clean, modern aesthetic while maintaining warmth and
cohesion throughout the space.

The existing pool was reconfigured to reduce depth, creating a more functional and social environment
Existing structures and surfaces were removed to allow for the complete reconfiguration of the space and
proper structural preparation.
EXPERIENCE
Fire features, landscape lighting, drainage systems, and natural stone finishing were integrated
throughout to ensure durability, performance, and visual cohesion.
The interlock system was installed with deep base preparation to support high-use areas and long-term
performance.

This once-nice property was tired; the clients did not like the pool's depth or the existing stairs. The space was not well utilized, and there was a drainage issue.
We completely removed everything from the site and started with a fresh canvas.
